[Branding, Digital Marketing, and Media Buying]
- Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);
- Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;
- Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers.
[Social Media Content Management]
- Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.
- Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to maintain branding consistency;
- Provide tracking, analysis, insights of various platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;
Requirements
- Minimum local Diploma or Degree qualification in Communications, Digital Marketing or Social Media related majors;
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing;
- Familiar with various social media platforms and know the user habits and trend;
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign will be a PLUS;
- Passionate about F&B industry and lifestyle related content; Good communication skills.
