Customer Service Officer

Location: Singapore (Central Promenade/Suntec Area)

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

1) Managing and handling all our customer’s needs with impeccable customer service, through all communication channels with proper knowledge, energy, and passion. We need people with great interpersonal skills!

2) Performing strong-room duties such as replenishing and labeling inventories, weekly inventory checks, daily cash checks, and daily safety and cleanliness checks.

3) Performing shop and cashier duties such as sales and purchase orders, purity and weight tests, SKU creation, executing excel template formulas, manning display items, and always keeping the counter experience a great one for customers. You will also be expected to do the daily closing of the shop with your colleagues (except on your off days).

4) Communicate effectively and be proactive to help out whenever and wherever help is needed.

5) Must be able to maintain and perform with the utmost integrity at all times.

You will be expected to be able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays. Your daily working hours might be from 10 am - 9 pm, with an-hour to an hour plus break provided depending on your shift. You will be entitled to a minimum of two to three rest days per week depending on your shift hours.

4) A strong command of both verbal and written English is a must. Proficiency in other optional languages and dialects such as Mandarin and Cantonese would also be welcomed.

5) Minimum qualifications: GCE 'O' Level or Higher.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep expertise in blockchain technology, and a strong background in project and product management. The CTO will drive the technological direction of our company, oversee the development of innovative blockchain-based solutions, and manage the full lifecycle of our tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with the company’s mission and business goals.
• Blockchain Leadership: Lead blockchain initiatives, including the development of smart contracts using Solidity, and ensure the integration of blockchain technology into our gold and silver trading platform.
• Product Development: Oversee the development, deployment, and management of tech products, ensuring they meet high standards of security, scalability and performance.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing tech team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to developers, engineers, and product managers.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, COO, and other stakeholders to ensure tech solutions meet business needs.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all products adhere to industry best practices for security, particularly in blockchain and financial technologies, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest technology trends, especially in blockchain, DeFi, and the intersection of physical and digital asset management, proposing innovations that can drive the business forward.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly Solidity and smart contract development.
• Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and scaling blockchain solutions, preferably in the financial or asset management sector.
• Strong background in project and product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex tech projects.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, digital wallets, and tokenization of physical assets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the gold, silver, or precious metals industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with DeFi applications or in the tokenization of physical assets.
• Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and security best practices in blockchain.
• Experience with financial compliance and working within highly regulated industries.

- Process Sales Orders and Sales Invoices and follow up on collections

- Process Purchase Orders and prepare for payments

- Process Vendor Invoices and prepare for payments

- Process employees’ claims in accordance with the company’s policies and approval matrix

- Perform bank reconciliation monthly

- Post accounting entries to the company’s accounting system

- Maintain account schedules and calculations

- Provide support during internal and external audits

We are looking for a marketer with experience of 5 – 10 years (can be more) who can work in our company full time. These are the requirements:

Hard skills

- Mid level marketer minimum, not a fresh graduate nor someone with only two years’ experience

- At least two years’ experience working outside Singapore – this is important. We want someone with international experience (does not matter which jurisdiction, but preferably the West ie: US/Canada/UK/Germany/France/Australia/New Zealand)

- Flair for writing, experienced in crafting articles and can write advertising copies

- At the same time, has knowledge or experience in the world of finance or alternative finance, not necessarily precious metals. This is also important because we want someone who is familiar with FOMC, fractional reserve banking, how SWIFT works, financial products such as futures/forwards and options. Not necessarily someone who worked in the field, can be someone who majored in finance or who has dabbled in share investing or CFDs.’

- Very strong command of English, we are dealing with Westerners whom we communicate with typically over e-mails and written correspondences. Samples of compositions in whatever format would have to be examined. Ideally someone who also speaks or understands a second language

- Knowledgeable in image and video editing software such as Adobe products

Soft skills

- Can work at a moment’s notice, not a 9-5 person. We will need someone who from time to time has to work past 6pm or 7pm, weekends or very occassionally public holidays.
