We’re recruiting a Senior Accommodation Support Officer to provide support to our established team as they assist our participants with their housing needs through effective interventions.



Our team of Accommodation Support Officers work with a caseload of adult males within the criminal justice system, in either a custodial or community setting. As a senior, you’ll be on hand to provide advice and guidance to the team where needed, and we’ll ask you to take care of a small amount of our more complex cases.



We’ll need your excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with referral agencies and stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for developing high-quality practice among the team through observing and auditing practice, and then providing coaching and mentoring workshops to enable them to develop.



Our successful candidate will ideally already have knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation or experience working within the criminal justice sector.

We have exciting opportunity for CFO Evolution – Community Support worker to join our team.

As a support worker, you will be expected to do duties for a caseload of participants in a community environment. Starting with the first exchange and assessment with the participant and carry on with them during their sentence by providing guidance and encouraging support. Interventions will be given one-on-one and through group work to assist participants in overcoming challenges, reintegrating back into their communities, and exiting the course.

This initiative's goal is to establish safe spaces where people who have undergone rehabilitation may engage in a range of positive activities that increase social acceptance, improve their general health, and provide them with the skills they need to meet the many obstacles that are faced daily.

Our successful candidate will ideally have experience in probation/social care or experience working within the criminal justice sector. This is an employer-facing role which requires engagement with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and co-design a routeway into employment for participants across a range of programmes delivered by our employability teams.

This is an employer-facing role which requires engagement with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and co-design a routeway into employment for participants across a range of programmes delivered by our employability teams.

The role will enable you to create strong relationships in order to promote inclusive employment practices, such as Disability Confident, work trials and working interviews, with a focus on meeting employer expectations. You’ll work with a caseload of adult males within a custodial or community environment. In partnership with probation practitioners, you’ll complete initial assessments to understand their specific needs, and then create tailored accommodation plans to meet this through an agreed number of interventions. This will include ensuring that the participants are aware of any decisions that affect them, plus informing them of their rights within the process.

We need your excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain effective professional relationships with both our participants and external stakeholders. We’re looking for an excellent role model who can encourage positive changes in attitudes and behaviour.

Our successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of homelessness legislation or experience working within the criminal justice sector. However, we appreciate that not everyone can tick every box, so long as you are engaging and comfortable working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds, we can provide on-site training and support to enable you to develop your knowledge and skills.

We’re looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our Work Health Programme team (WHP).

You’ll line manage a team of Employment Coaches, offering practical support such as caseload reviews and discussions of complex cases. Essential:

- Experience of working in a target driven environment

We’re looking to recruit a Behavioural Change Practitioner to deliver specialist interventions to individuals demonstrating domestic abuse and/or stalking (or related) behaviours, on a one-to-one or group basis. Using models of behavioural change, you’ll work to reduce the risk of harm to others and support perpetrators to understand how to develop healthy, non-abusive behaviours.

We’ll need your ability to form and maintain constructive working relationships as you work alongside the police, substance misuse staff, survivor services and mental health staff to reduce and manage the risk of harm and risk of reoffending. You’ll work as part of a multi-agency team, jointly managing referrals from partnership agencies plus those who have self-referred.

Our successful candidate will ideally have knowledge and experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), however, we’re mainly looking for relevant market experience and the ability to work with and influence participants with challenging behaviour and complex needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to promote positive change, the protection of victims and children, plus the development of pro-social behaviour through a multi-agency approach.
