Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and articulate individual who will be responsible for the sales and full life cycle management of a select range of products within our portfolio with a high level of scientific and technical expertise. This position demands for a dynamic self-starter who seeks intellectual challenges and has excellent communication skills to interact with our customers in a highly professional manner while finding the right solutions for their diverse needs.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for communicating the Company’s product value proposition to the market. Essential duties and responsibilities include (1) making sales calls and establishing close relationships with customers (2) managing existing accounts as well as building and maintaining new accounts (3) maintaining regular contact with existing customers and potential customers via phone, email and direct face-to-face meetings (4) establishing, building and managing client relationships with key decision makers within the target accounts (5) preparing and making sales presentations and structuring quality sales proposals.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in any life science discipline with laboratory experience in an academic, biotech or pharmaceutical environment. A strong technical aptitude in genomic technologies including NGS and digital-PCR is advantageous. Direct selling experience within the biomedical, biopharmaceutical or life science industry preferred.

Job Summary:

Handle all warehousing and logistics functions.

Responsibilities­

• Manual duties such as picking, packing, goods receiving, stock taking etc.
• Delivery of goods to local customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

• GCE 'O' Levels or above.
• Minimal 3 years warehousing/logistics experience.
• Physically fit.
• Experience in a Life Sciences company a plus.

Other information

• Working location near Pasir Panjang MRT Station.
• Working hours from 8.45 am to 6pm (Mondays – Fridays).
• Salary: $1600 -$2500 depending on experience.

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Singapore. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of a sales team. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops a sales and marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects and to penetrate new markets.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in any Life Science discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend nformation
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Reports directly to Director of Sales and Marketing.
