Job Description
Responsible for company’s staff recruitment and human resources planning functions.
1. Maintain and ensure that company’s staffing requirements are met in accordance with government requirements.
2. Responsible for co-ordination and interview of all level employees
3. To ensure all employment contracts, including re-employment of matured employees, are renewed ( preparation, discussion and signing) before expiry dates.
4. Ensure job descriptions for all positions are up-to-date
5. Prepare necessary documents for new hire and employee on-boarding which include creation of personal files and application of work passes (if necessary).
5. Identifies and maintains contacts with recruiting sources, e.g. job fairs, agencies and various job search websites and including schools, institutions and universities.
6. Engage in employee counseling & conduct off-boarding
7. General HR administration which include preparation and maintance of employee benefit payments and reports
8. Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience. From manafacturing industry will be an advantage
- Minimum diploma holder
- Able to speak mandarin will be an advantage
- Entry to Associate level
