We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for various purposes, such as sales & membership renewals
- Process customers’ application in a timely manner
- Identify potential leads and gather relevant information for sales or marketing teams.
- Meet daily or weekly call volume and sales targets set by the company.
- Record all call information.
- Provide proper advice to caller by explaining procedures & providing information.
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails and maintaining a log of that activity within the company’s engagement platform
- Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma / Cert / SPM holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.
- Previous experience as a Telemarketing with 1 year experience
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
