ABOUT RUBBERWAY
RubberWay is a young start-up with a mission to improve supply chain transparency in the natural
rubber industry. The project was first launched in 2016 by the tire manufacturer Michelin and
became a standalone company incorporated in Singapore in 2020. Now, the shareholding structure
is composed of both Michelin and Continental, serving major corporate clients such as Goodyear,
Sumitomo, Yokohama and Pirelli.
As a small company collaborating with large businesses, we take pride in our dual culture, which
allows us to work in both the startup and corporate worlds. Moreover, we are pleased to contribute
positively to the sustainability of the rubber industry.
In light of emerging ESG regulations surrounding anti-deforestation– especially the European Union
Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), RubberWay has launched Geo-Mapping, a tool designed to map
the lands where natural rubber originates and the hands that cultivate them.
