Report to the Project Manager
· Overall in charge of site coordination.
· Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
· Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
· Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
· Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.
· Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
· Planning ahead to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
· Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
· Control and monitor work progress and resources.
· Monitor and control material wastage.
· In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
· Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
· Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.
· Provide proper guidance and training to junior staff.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
