Working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm, six days work week. Sunday off.

Assist Designer in completing design drawings and draw technical drawings for different renovation trades.

Must be willing to learn and adapt.

Knowledge and experience in Sketchup is a must, and knowledge in CAD is beneficial.

Minimum 2 years experience in Interior design or related field.

If you have no related experience, we also welcome fresh graduates on a 1 year contract basis, but attitude must be right. Training will be provided.

Job Description

• Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget awarded projects
• Prepare quotation and assist in adminstrative aspect of following up on variation orders etc for awarded projects.
• Certification of claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
• Read and reply messages to homeowners, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building Construction or Quantity Survey or Interior Design
• At least 1 years’ experience in Interior Design company and understands renovation projects and terms used
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with people of all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
