Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation:
• Deploy and configure 2FA, IAM, PAM, and phishing simulation solutions at customer sites or remotely.
• Integrate solutions with clients’ existing IT infrastructure.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide post-sales technical support and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for more complex challenge.
Training & Enablement:
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and system
administrators.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as guides and FAQs.
Collaboration & Feedback:
• Work with pre-sales teams for a smooth handover post-sale.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies and trends.
• Gain expertise in the latest IAM tools, including One Identity solutions.
