Senior Interior Designer

Main criteria one: Must possess great passion for residential interior design and have the desire to turn every home into beautiful, comfortable and functional spaces – home is where the spirit rests, rejuvenates, socializes, grows and emerges again; and also, representation of ownership, pride, love and family. In that sense, doing interior designing for a customer’s home, is a privilege, requiring professional input and quality execution.

Main criteria two: You must have good track record of having successfully completed satisfactory handovers of residential projects, which are extensively remodeled, which you must be the project lead (overseeing design, detailing and construction drawings). We expect these projects to be worth at least hundreds of thousands of dollars project type.

Main criteria three: Because of your passion and experiences, you should have good knowledge of building materials (old and new), have kept yourself abreast with industry trends, brands, design types and possess curiosity with new design and material applications, always wondering how to improve and innovate further.

General criteria:

(1) Singaporean or SPR;

(2) Able to work independently on large scale residential project;

(3) Understanding and able to do costing;

(4) Able to organize processes to meet timelines;

(5) Be meticulous in construction drawings and detail execution;

(6) Good team spirit;

(7) Able to guide and mentor juniors;

(8) Having past experiences managing a team will be a plus.

(9) Having experiences and understanding of landed houses will be a plus.

(10)Having experiences negotiating and signed contracts before will be a plus.

Future opportunity:

To become head of department or permanent team lead (design & development).

Interior Sales Designer

In that sense, doing interior designing for a customer’s home, is a privilege, requiring professional input and quality execution.

General criteria:

(1) Singaporean or SPR;

(2) Able and willing to work independently on full scale / partial residential renovation project;

(3) Understanding and able to do costing;

(4) Good at space planning (CAD) and have experiences working with customer to achieve desired plans;

(5) Able to execute projects from beginning till end with proper handover;

(6) Able to produce construction drawings (M&E, carpentry, tile layout, etc);

Future opportunity:

To become team leader, senior designer or product manager.

Customer type: Flat renovation – full or partial renovation.
