Job Description:

Monitor inventory levels and track the status of shipments.

To assist in the loading and unloading of materials.

Ensure timely completion of delivery and shipment schedules.

Airline nets- check for damage, missing pallet rings.

To ensure that goods are properly packed and safely stowed.

Ensure palletised cargo are properly covered with plastics sheets, edge boards and secured with tap.

Ensure nets are properly secured and tightened to secure the cargo during transportation.

Paste the correct cargo label as instructed by the loader onto the correct pallet or container.

To coordinate with tractor drivers and warehouse teams to maintain correct flow of cargo for export.

To collect and return all unused materials to the storage area.

Operate order picker with harnes to handle cargo or jobs that require the use of such equipment.

General warehouse maintenance

Job Requirements:

Training will be provided

Candidate must be able to work in a warehouse environment

Candidate who possess valid forklift license and Work-at-Height certification are added advantages.

Able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment

Self-driven and able to work independently

Receiving of cargo/ goods from trucker

Sorting of cargo/ goods by shipment destination

To ensure all stacked goods are safe and secure

Be accountable for all the cargo/ goods movement within the warehouse

To ensure all inbound cargo/ goods, together with supporting documents are thoroughly checked upon receiving.

To ensure the receiver acknowledges all outbound cargo (through proper documentation) in good condition.

Any discrepancy(s) for inbound and outbound cargoes must be immediately reported to the superior and documented

Any cargo/goods outside the warehouse must be properly canvassed

General Warehouse maintenance

Job Requirements:

Able to work in a warehouse environment

Possess valid forklift license is an added advantage

Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Corresponding to clients’ on their requirement via email
• Using of scanners to scan baggage and cargo

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with Operations/Logistic Management work or study experience will be at advantage
• Candidates with Airfield Driving Permit will be at advantage
• Candidates able to perform rotating shift work will be at advantage
