JOB RESPONSIBILITES
· Develop and implements sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
· Manage new and existing client deals, respond to enquiries and submit a quotation in a timely manner to achieve sales target of company products- R.Glazen air diffusion equipment, Ingeborg (calcium silicate board) and flexible ducting.
· Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and forecast report inclusive of on-going, negotiating and tender projects.
· Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
· Hold regular management meeting and logs the minutes.
· Plan and maintain regular contact with all current and prospective clients and liaisons with Architects, Consultants and Clients on their requirements & problems and offer solutions.
· Responsible for performance evaluations of sales staff and oversees their daily actives.
· To in-charge and maintain the Risk Management for Sales Operations.
· To act as Representative and maintain Company ISO system, liaise with the ISO auditors.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Director from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 5 years experience in sales
· University or college degree
· Strong analytical skills
· Team player
· Strong communicative skills
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin
· Preferred own transport.
