Job Scope
1. Ensure proper management, safety, and security of the event site, reporting to the Authority.
2. Conduct pre- and post-event site inspections, document defects, and support rectification efforts.
3. Liaise with the venue's Managing Agent and contractors to address issues and feedback promptly.
4. Oversee site setup, teardown, and daily activities, coordinating with event partners and contractors.
5. Perform daily inspections, providing timely updates and documentation to the Authority.
6. Monitor technical setups and safeguard the venue from damages, assisting with incident reporting.
7. Provide logistical and operational support during rehearsals, show days, and related events.
8. Ensure cleaning contractors maintain site cleanliness and oversee waste management.
9. Manage parking logistics and handle stakeholder feedback on noise and lighting.
10. Work with government agencies during inspections and ensure proper documentation of site matters.
Typical Routine
Weekday/Satuday
* Liaise and coordinate deliveries
* Provide logistical support and site management such as site conditions, cleanliness, vector control, contractor management, and follow up on mobile toilets servicing
* Provide site management & logistical support for rehearsals and technical runs
* Any other duties assign by the authority.
* Conduct regular inspection to ensure logistical setups are done according to schedule and in a safe manner
* Manage contractors’ entry into the site and their presence on site
* Work closely with Technical Manager on the technical setup
* Security guards deploy at the site will report to the Site Manager daily for any matters and issues within the Parade site
* Prepare and set up the site prior to any key component rehearsals and on the 5 key dates.

Requirements
1) Preferably at least 3 years of experience in managing
events/facilities.
2) Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as
overseeing logistical setup and management of contractors.
3) Preferably possess a Class 3/3A driving license.
