Lead a team of 2 HR executives in a diverse range of responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with brand managers to determine staffing needs
- Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract potential candidates
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make offers to shortlisted candidates
- Streamline the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring their successful integration into the organization
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing enquiries related to salary, leave and other relevant matters
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related issues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- In-charge of HQ engagement activities and Annual D&D
Performance Management:
- Conduct employee audits, surveys, and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Highlight to managers issues relating to staff satisfaction
Establishment of Policies, SOPs, and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure consistent application and adherence to company policies across the organization
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding policy interpretation and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Others:
- Maintain HR/POS systems, ensuring accuracy in employees' details
- Work Pass management (Application, renewal, cancellation)
- Weekly recruitment reports and monthly headcount report
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a HR management role for a minimum of 3 years
- Previous experience in retail or F&B industries is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR-related software would be a plus
