Job Summary
The Marketing Strategist – Growth & Engagement will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, build brand loyalty, and ultimately support sales growth. This role will focus on developing campaigns, analyzing their performance, and making recommendations to improve engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is skilled in digital marketing with an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and ExecutionPlan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on key areas like email marketing, social media, and online advertising to drive traffic and boost engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that aligns with the brand and resonates with target audiences, contributing to customer acquisition and retention.
Develop and manage promotional campaigns around peak sales periods, product launches, or seasonal events to maximize customer engagement.
- Customer Engagement and RetentionImplement strategies to improve customer loyalty, such as personalized marketing, targeted email sequences, and engagement programs.
Work to increase customer lifetime value through strategic messaging, value-added content, and relevant promotions that encourage repeat purchases.
- Performance Analysis and Strategy OptimizationMonitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, focusing on metrics like engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing future campaigns, enhancing their effectiveness and impact on sales.
Regularly report to management on campaign effectiveness, key metrics, and growth opportunities, presenting actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, customer engagement, and analytics.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions to support marketing goals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach to working with creative and marketing teams.
