Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Executive Assistant to support our internal customer service operations, social media community management, and video content creation. This position is ideal for a dedicated, responsible individual with a passion for customer satisfaction and a basic understanding of marketing strategies.
Position Requirements:
- Highly Responsible: A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of efficiently handling assigned tasks.
- Proficient in Computer Operations: Skilled in office software, social media, and basic video editing tools.
- Excellent Communication & Community Management Skills: Proficient in WhatsApp and capable of managing community interactions effectively.
- Basic Marketing Knowledge: Familiar with local market trends, able to assist in implementing promotional and publishing strategies.
- Must be able to assist some Chinese clients who do not speak English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Video Content Creation: Assist in producing and editing short videos, creatively showcasing the company's products and services.
- Community Management: Manage daily interactions in WhatsApp groups, engage clients, and promote company events and services.
- Marketing Support: Assist with localized marketing campaigns and content publishing aligned with company strategies.
Work Schedule:
- Five days a week: Tuesday to Saturday (off on Monday and Sunday).
- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
