Our Newest Opportunity:
The role of Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is crucial for the success of the Retirement Advisory group. This person will be responsible for a portfolio of retirement plan clients and will work alongside Plan Advisors to develop relationship strategies and ensure fiduciary wellness. The Senior CRM is the day-to-day point of contact for Plan sponsors and service providers. They will work as part of a team, coordinating plan reviews and benchmarking, overseeing vendors, and leading participant education initiatives. They may also conduct investment reviews and offer fiduciary training for retirement plan committees. This is a consultative role that focuses on understanding and responding to the needs of the clients. The Senior CRM is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by proactively providing solutions, anticipating concerns or issues, and seeking feedback.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Provide excellent client service that aligns with our company's values and reputation.
Review and prepare quarterly investment reports.
Update client records on Salesforce (CRM) and PlanTools (investment monitoring system).
Organize fiduciary review meetings, collaborate with provider partners on action items and other deliverables, and create meeting minutes and client communications.
Research client inquiries regarding Plan compliance and operations.
Work with service partners to provide daily support to Plan administrators and participants.
Oversee Plan conversion projects, benchmarking, and provider relationship management.
Work with internal OneDigital partners on joint client initiatives.
Lead participant education efforts and conduct one-on-one consultations.
Support and facilitate year-end compliance processes and Plan audits as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you need to possess initiative and a positive "can-do" attitude. You must also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful team collaboration.
Excellent communication ability across various settings, including writing, speaking, and presenting, is a must, along with the ability to adjust communication style effectively depending on the setting and audience.
You need to be independent and self-directed, with superior attention to detail and follow-through. Demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills and being able to manage priorities effectively is also essential.
Moreover, it's important to be adaptable to a rapidly changing business and technology environment and to stay up to date on industry, regulatory, and business best practices.

Education, Training and Experience:
Experience in the financial services industry required, with five to ten years in retirement plan services.
Strong understanding of the capital markets and retirement plan investment vehicles.
FINRA 65 license required (or the ability to obtain within 3-6 months).
Understanding of ERISA and other retirement plan-related regulations (e.g., DOL, IRS).
Proficiency with Microsoft App Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint, Zoom, and SalesForce.
Professional designations (such as C(k)P, CPFA, AIF) preferred, but not required.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $130,000 - $150,000 per
year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications,
professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on
your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer
