PROFILE SUMMARY
At OCTAVE Institute, we believe that humanity is best served by organisations that have a culture of coaching. Coaching increases the capacity for individuals to impact themselves, their families, their organisation, and in turn, their communities and societies. When company leaders and managers are equipped with effective coaching skills, their organisations become flexible to meet the needs of the era. We believe that a culture of coaching will unleash the humanity of your organisation.
Our coaching system is grounded by a unique combination of East-West wisdom with a whole-person approach, focusing on the coaching of the being instead of the doing. We support our clients to discover their purpose and role, so they have breakthroughs in performance, enhance leadership effectiveness, nurture high-performing teams, promote healing, and develop leaders holistically. We integrate Learning, Coaching, and Healing as one inseparable support system for transformation and consciousness shift.
As an Organisational Coach at OCTAVE Institute, reporting to the Head of Coaching Practice, you will play a key role in developing the OCTAVE coaching system and spearheading the future of coaching within the organisation and into the business and community space. You will design, develop and facilitate transformative programs that champion OCTAVE’s position at the forefront of the Well-being era, and be a thought leader and catalyst for change in the organisation, facilitating workshops and high-value creating coaching engagements with senior leaders. Your approach will be deeply holistic and human-centered, focusing on fostering personal growth, team and organisational development, as well as cultural transformation through an integrated and impactful blend of coaching methodologies.
Core Responsibilities
Program Designer: Based on organisation needs and leadership requirements, conceptualise and design transformative coaching programs and coaching engagements that are effective, scalable and that integrate coaching, learning and therapy in a customised approach. These programs will extend into cutting-edge methodologies to foster sustainable development, drive performance and leadership excellence. Your work will enhance the integration of coaching into the organizational culture, embedding it as a core tool for transformation.
Program Manager: Manage the end-to-end production of coaching-related programs and initiatives, from ideation to execution. This includes overseeing the content, delivery, refinement and measurable returns of programs, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants and demonstrating the tangible impact coaching has on both individual and organizational performance with stakeholders, including the systemic development of leaders as coaches.
Executive Coach, Facilitator and Communicator: Lead experiential coaching-related workshops, which are a key part of the self-cultivation and cultural transformation journey for leaders, teams and organisations. Provide one-on-one and team coaching to senior leaders and business units, helping them unlock their potential and live out the best versions of themselves. Your coaching will go beyond performance, delving into heightening awareness, deeper mindset shifts and holistic personal development, and into equipping managers as coaches, in adopting a coaching approach in the way they lead, relate and hold conversations, reinforcing the coaching culture in the workplace. Your adept use of communication platforms will also reflect your advocacy of the impact of coaching in the corporate space.
