The Regional Procurement Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our growth objectives. This role will involve supplier onboarding, leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strengthening our procurement operations at the facilities in Singapore and Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the semiconductor environment, high-precision manufacturing, and a proven track record in procurement leadership across the Southeast Asia region.

The key responsibilities include:

· Strategic Development - Develop and implement a regional procurement strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and enhances supply chain efficiency.

· Supplier Onboarding - Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure a robust and reliable supply chain that meets quality, logistic, technology and cost requirements (QLTC) and drive supplier performance to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in these key areas.

· M&A Leadership - Lead procurement integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and operational efficiencies.

· Cost Management - Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process improvements, while maintaining quality and service levels.

· Decision Making - Analyse and make informed buy-or-make decisions to optimize procurement processes and resource allocation.

· Team Development - Build and develop the procurement team, provide hands-on leadership and support to the team, ensuring effective execution of procurement strategies and initiatives.

· Collaboration - Work closely with headquarter to leverage global resources, share best practices, and align regional strategies with corporate goals.

Job Requirements

· Work Location: Singapore.

· Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, with a strong focus on the semiconductor and high-precision manufacturing sectors.

· Proven experience in leading M&A activities and integrating procurement functions.

· Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices particularly within the Southeast Asia market.

· Demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

· Experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries in Southeast Asia.

· Proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

Assembly/Qualification Engineer(Mechatronics)

• Responsible for all technical support of new product introduction, including product improvement, component production, and the entire process of product assembly and packaging
• Responsible for effective change management: implementation of Engineering Change Notice & get
• customer approval for Engineering Change Request
  Receive initial product training, compile, and update product assembly instructions, be responsible for the complete transfer of product technical details from the customer to the company, and
  continuously improve, and innovate processes and technologies.
• Contact the customer's designated personnel on product-related technical issues.
• Responsible for training the assembly team and implementing improvements within the production team.
• Establish assembly work instructions based on customer & specifications.
• Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in process control systems and equipment.
• Create Bill of Material & routing in ERP for assembly.
• Troubleshoot and optimize assembly processes and follow up with production Improve process robustness, yield, product quality and process time.
• Define and follow up on special tooling requirements.
• Manage customer documentation (drawings, specification, etc.)

Education:

• Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent.

Skills:

• A minimum 2 years working experience in high precision mechatronics assembly or design.

Experience:

• Knowledge and direct experience in mechanics, electronics, control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics in semicon industry.
• Knowledge in Assembly of mechatronics systems, linear motors, sensors, servos, actuators, dynamics, controls, etc.
• Complex mechatronic systems for test and qualification of design changes.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary projects, such as imaging/optical systems, semiconductor, or lithography preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems on a conceptual and advanced troubleshooting level.
• Proficiency in reading and updating technical drawings.

1.Identify, negotiate and drive resolution of any conflicts with different departments related to material availability, capacity and order promise integrity
2.Maintains Navision work order release schedule that provides material on-time to manufacturing
3.Prepare report on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and customer satisfaction.
4.Document planning/scheduling guidelines and processes and support the analysis, development and implementation of new planning best practices
5.Works closely with Sales/CS, Purchasing and Warehouse/Logistics departments to update demand forecast and ensure on-time ordering, receipt, delivery of raw materials and finished goods shipments

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Production Planner experience in a manufacturing environment

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies

Skills:

Knowledge of Navision /SAP/ERP
Able to demonstrate strong hands-on Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities
