Nirwana Gardens is a divine paradise that is nestled away on the north-western coast of Bintan Island, Indonesia, a truly complete resort destination. We are urgently seeking the following position to join us.
MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
(Based In Singapore Office)
JOB SCOPE:
Lead Marketing Communication activity by handling and managing Websites, Social Media, advertising and Customer Relations activity and programs.
Brand Website
- Refresh and Update website content on monthly/3 months basis via CMS system.
- Use of interesting and attractive design aesthetics.
- Displaying interesting and easy to fins promotion pages.
- Ensure brand website is on top list of searches by monitoring SEO algorithms.
- Review website performance.
- Maintain the content of Nirwana Gardens’ website, coordinate with related parties regarding any activity/event/information (including Hot Deals) to be updated, and update the information in the website accordingly.
- Analyze the needs to redesign the website, define the concept and coordinate with web master for re-designing.
Social Media Marketing Communication
- Maintain communication through social media (facebook, instagrem & etc), identify potential guest from fans, posting news and change status periodically.
- Review insights and performance of key Social Media Pages.
- Generate leads from Social Media Pages.
Newsletter & EDM (Electronic Distribution Mail)
- Ensure timeliness and effective distribution of quarterly printed newsletter.
- Interesting content and attractive design aesthetics to engage readers.
- Increase mailing list subscriber.
Advertising Program
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising program, identify the improvement needed, and recommend more effective advertisement program both online and offline.
Customer Relation
- Handle complaints and coordinate with related department for complaint resolutions.
- Plan, organize, execute, and liaise closely with CRM partner in EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) programs.
- Organize and conduct site inspection at the resort as and when for media or journalist upon their request.
Others
- Update the latest information on database covering customer and partner data, guest feedback (including complaint handling), market and competitor data, etc.
- To submit weekly report.
- To submit PR, Marketing Communications Report on monthly basis.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- 3 – 5 years in Marketing or Social Media Marketing
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Marketing or Hotel Management
- Possess strong written and communication skills
- A quick learner and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Power Point. Competent in basic Adobe design knowledge.
- Basic HTML & CMS experience will be advantage
- A dynamic team player who is also innovative, initiative and able to operate with minimal supervision
