• Experienced in MCST and property management but not essential

• Good communication both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Job Description

1. Look out for intruders and dubious characters in the building and report immediately to your Security Supervisor.
2. Perform patrolling duties to ensure that the building's premises are in order.
3. Report any unusual conditions on site that could jeopardize the safety of occupants to your Security Supervisor.

Requirements

• For shopping mall/offices at Orchard
• Secondary education with relevant experience
• Possess NSRS/WSQ certification
• Physically fit and completed NS
• Able to do shift work

1. Ensure that all preventive maintenance programmes and schedules for M&E and building services are effectively in place and executed.
2. Ensure all services are maintained and managed in full compliance with all statutory requirements and by-laws.
3. To coordinate with marketing team on tenancy-related works such as handing over/taking over of units, processing tenant's fit-out works, etc.
4. Carry out regular surveys and inspections of building works and fixtures and where appropriate make recommendations for renewal or replacements with full specifications and scope of work.
5. Supervise and manage all maintenance staff reporting to you.
