Responsibilities:

•  Provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team
•  Assist in the preparation of delivery order, purchasing order and invoicing
•  Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses
•  Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences
•  Prepare schedule plan and arrange delivery
•  Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

•  Secondary level or Diploma in Sales
•  Good communication and coordination skills

About the role

Job descriptions:

1. The scope of work is related to the website operation of the company;

2. Develop and maintain website pages based on UI design;

3. Develop and maintain a website backend business management system based on business needs;

4. Efficiency optimization and refactoring of existing code;

5. Database maintenance and optimization.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with C # or JAVA language, familiar Proficient in using the VS2022 development environment and proficient in ASP NET、JavaScript、Html、XML、Ajax;

2. Familiar with SQL Server database, proficient in using SQL language, and proficient in stored procedures;

3. Having a good programming style and experience in developing multi-layered structures;

4. Proficient in developing application interface docking and data collection;

5. Clear logical thinking, good skills in system design, analysis, and problem-solving;

6. Good at communication, team spirit, and strong learning ability;

7. Able to withstand work pressure;

8. Good documentation habits and collaborative development awareness;

9. Prefer with more than 3 years working experience.
