We are looking for a talented NetSuite Administrator to join our region team. The NetSuite Administrator will have the unique opportunity to join the organization at a pivotal time, during our NetSuite implementation. The candidate will be a core member of the Transformation team and is expected to leverage prior experience to implement best practices and ensure the optimal use of NetSuite by our end users.
As the NetSuite Engineer you are responsible for managing NetSuite and ensuring that NetSuite functionality is optimized to meet the evolving needs of the business and users are fully equipped with the training and knowledge to effectively work with the NetSuite environment. Key to success in this position is the ability to build partnerships within the business, understand their needs and drive continuous improvements.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with NetSuite ERP implementation, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations
• Experience in NetSuite OneWorld and Financial modules is a plus(GL, Fixed Assets, Lease, AP/AR, Tax, Intercompany Management , Close management,...)
• Familiarity with NetSuite Roles and Permissions, Custom records, CSV imports, page layouts, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of scripting is a plus
• Experience collaborating with teams/users across regions
• Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues
• Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment that places a strong premium on excellence, execution and teamwork
• Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Ability to remain professional and flexible while under pressure
• A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
• System implementation and system integration experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong sense of customer experience mindset
• Available outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues may be required
