DevOps Engineer

Position Location:
NCR Voyix is expanding its IoT technology across retailers and restaurants businesses.
Digital Connected Services will need to provide our customers with an onboarding experience they have come to expect. The Onboarding Engineer role will be enabling and building automations to onboard customers across NCR Voyix business. NCR Voyix has taken an “automate everything” approach to building, deploying and operating their services. As part of the team, you get to establish yourself as a technical leader by exposing yourself to a broad range of industry leading technologies that will help to drive onboarding acceleration of Digital Connected Services and through automations help improve enablement speed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Focus on enabling customer accounts across different applications that make up Digital Connected Services.
· Including customer devices integrated into IoT technologies within Digital Connected Services.
· Write scripts and automation code to provision accounts/devices
· Developing integrations between our third-party tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Github)
· Work with support teams on problem management initiatives around customer onboarding topics.
· Provide operational support to onboarding automation platform.
· Assist with reviewing documentation for onboarding best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
· 2+ years of experience working with GCP/Azure Cloud infrastructure.
· 1 to 2 years of experience working with UiPath/Azure Power Automate or similar tools
· 2+ years of experience writing applications in Python, Java, or Go
· 2+ years working with CI/CD tools and technology; Jenkins, Github Actions and Artifactory
· 2+ years working with IAC/CM technology; like Terraform, Helm and Chef
· Ability to document and publish recommendations and guidance
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering
· 2+ years in team leadership roles
