Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Executive to manage daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, ensure efficient logistics processes, and maintain high standards of organization and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
   Ensure proper handling and storage practices to prevent damage and maintain quality.
   Monitor and optimize space utilization within the warehouse.
   
2. Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
   Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
   Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage stock levels and forecasts.
   
3. Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
   Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
   Resolve shipping and logistics issues promptly.
   
4. Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and providing training.
   Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
   
5. System and Documentation Management: Use warehouse management software to track and manage inventory and shipments.
   Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including receipts, invoices, and shipment records.
   
6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
   Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines.
   

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management principles and logistics practices.
