- Prepare proposals and contracts to customers
- Answering incoming phone call and attend to customer queries
- Process enquires and orders via email or phone
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices
- Provide excellence customer services
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices and process orders in a timely manner
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers
- Providing administrative support to other departments
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Driven and possess excellent customer service to interact well with clients
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory
• Passionate about F&B industry
• Knowledge of Halal standards and regulations in F&B is an added advantage
• Experience in F&B sales preferred
Working Hours (5.5 days):
- Mondays - Fridays: 9:30am to 6.00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am to 1:30pm
