We are now looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive, candidate must understand the footwear trend in the regional market, the voice of the customer, and define buyer personas to create marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness and demand for the brand and help the business achieve its goal.
Job Description
- Lead product development efforts by collaborating with the Global Product Planning team and working closely with the Design, Development, Production, and Sales teams to make strategic product decisions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in partnership with sales teams to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Led the seasonal conference presentations on category direction and product marketing strategy at key events, such as Pre-Lines, Sample Reviews, and Sales Conferences, effectively engaging diverse audiences including Distributors, Sales Teams, Marketing Teams, and Upper Management.
- Research and analyze key competitors, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify current and future challenges and opportunities.
- Utilize insights gathered to create effective product strategies that align with the Company's Regional Product Marketing objectives and address consumer needs.
- Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan with the marketing team, outlining key activities and budgets focused on retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.
- Act as the product evangelist by ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent communication of product updates, features, and benefits to various stakeholders, including e-commerce teams, sales teams, and customers.
- Review sales history to monitor product performance, identify reasons for margins below expectations, and alert management to potential issues.
- Prepare and provide timely and accurate reports to management on marketing activities and customer statuses.
- Support social media marketing, content creation, and branding initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Ensure proper filing, sorting, and retrieval of electronic and hard-copy documents for efficient information management.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of applied experience in product marketing (footwear or racket sports)
- Previous experience in the footwear industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to product storytelling.
- Passionate in Sports Products
- Possess good commercial awareness
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project management skills
