Description

• Perform daily group stock opening report
• Supervise logistics team on invoices and delivery order
• Executive daily sales orders for accessories and handsets
• Perform daily allocation for accessories and handsets
• Receive ORs and premium accessories
• Perform online ecommerce order
• Require to do packing for accessories and handset order when require
• Perform weekly housekeeping
• Manage cycle count and stock count activities
• Effective planning of manpower to ensure the orderly and timely execution of operational activities
• Perform RMA and liaise with supplier on the return of goods
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Good planning and coordination skills

Description

• Lead, guide and train technicians
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment reported by customers
• Check parts needed and ascertain costs of parts
• Repair Samsung CE produt at customer's place
• Update repair status in the system and follow up the case until job finish
• Answer customers' queries about repair details and parts change
• Escalate case to principal if necessary
• Visit customers to repair equipment on-site
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Able to converse/explain in English
• Able to carry/bring down heavy home applicance/s
• Prefer to have electronic product repair experience
• Preferably with washer/fridge repair experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm / Saturday from 9am to 1pm (but must suport full day)

● Prepare and update investment factsheets, monitor investment portfolio and provide updates

Qualifications & Experience:

● Minimum 5 years' experience in reputable investment management roles, ideally within the financial services industry in large organisation

● High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct

• Process monthly payroll
• Prepare monthly payroll reports for Finance Department
• Track & perform work pass and contract renewal
• Coordinate and arrange for work-pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
• Perform online submission of statutory claims (eg. government-paid maternity leave / childcare leave claims/IR21 and NS claims)
• Generate performance appraisal forms (for annual / confirmation / promotion appraisals)
• MOM Quarterly Survey
• Coordinate with various departments on recruitments and deployment of staff
• Process training applications and filing for training grants
• Process staff insurance claims
• Handle general enquiries from staff
• Generate Internal Purchase Requisition (IPR) / Capital Expenditure Forms
• Other duties and tasks when required

Job specifications

• Min. diploma in Business Management / HRM
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software
• Able to communicate with all levels of staffs and also liaise with external parties
