Job responsibilities:
1. preside over the daily production and operation management of the company, be responsible for the safe operation of the company, organise and implement the resolutions of the head office, and report the implementation status to the head office;
2. organise and implement the company's annual business plan and investment programme, organise and implement the company's development strategy, explore market opportunities, and lead innovation and change;
3.To draw up specific programmes for setting up and adjusting the company's internal management bodies;
4.hosting, promoting key management processes and regulations, timely optimisation and adjustment of organisations and processes, leading the creation of a corporate cultural atmosphere, improving the corporate identity system, shaping and strengthening the company's values;
5.Continuously optimise the company's human resources allocation, and continuously improve the company's overall organisational capacity;
6. Representing the company externally to handle business within the scope of responsibilities;
7. Other matters authorised by the head office.
