About the Role

As Admin Executive, you will play a role in ensuring efficient operations within our Client Experience team. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client management process. You will be reporting to the Client Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Inputting and maintaining accurate client information and sub-merchant details into our database system.
• Basic Chinese to English Translation: Assisting with the translation of essential documents and communications from Chinese to English, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Company Profile Research: Conducting detailed company profile searches on Google and other platforms to gather relevant information for our client database.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder / Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Familiarity with conducting online research and utilising Google for information gathering
• Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Available for a 4-month temporary assignment (5 days per week)
• Open to part-time staff (up to 3 days per week)

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources, supporting various functions essential to organizational success. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition operations, Training & Development programs, and HR project execution. You'll also help prepare internal reports and assist with various HR tasks as needed. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives. You will be reporting to the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition operations e.g., recruitment, onboarding and documents management
• Support Training & Development (T&D) programs execution
• Assist in planning and execution of HR projects, meetings and employee engagement activities
• Assist in HR operations i.e., take ownership of claims related matter
• Prepare internal HR-related reports, proposals and presentations
• Perform any other HR tasks or services as required

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree; a related degree in Human Resources, Business, Humanities or Social Sciences is strongly preferred
• Available for full-time 6 months internship from Sep 2024 (preferred)
• Open to part-time interns who can commit for min. 3-4 days per week.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our Sales Team. This dynamic role involves selling our multi-currency quotation and trading solution, Trading the Right Chart (TRC) solution, to brokerages, asset managers and stock exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the TRC solution to regional buy/sell-side customers such as brokers, asset managers, family offices and independent advisors globally.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and contracting, ensuring that TRC annual revenue targets are met.
• Work collaboratively with the internal teams such as Product and Engineering to develop/customise TRC solutions for new clients.
• Engage various industry players to identify new business and go-to-market models for the TRC solution, and provide market insights to Product to shape the product roadmap
• and provide after-market support for onboarded clients.
• Provide ongoing relationship management to customers and after-market account servicing for onboarded clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates with equities market experience will have an advantage
• A sales ‘hunter’ with track record of exceeding sales targets
• Deep understanding of financial markets, brokerages, trading and investment products, multi-asset/multi-market investment platforms, or fintech platforms
• Extensive connections with regional buy-side/sell-side institutions. Ideally can move existing client relationships or books of business

• Identify new business opportunities and market segments to assess their fit with the company’s products and solutions.
• Grow the pipeline of new enterprise clients from sectors including Payment Service Providers, Merchant Acquirers, E-Commerce, Online Retailers, and other Corporates.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Commercial Legal Counsel. This role will be based in Singapore and will provide expert legal advice and support to our business operations, with a focus on financial markets and cross-border payments.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, solution-oriented legal professional with a strong commercial acumen in the financial services sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth while ensuring legal compliance and risk management and will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on complex commercial transactions, particularly in financial markets (FX, Forwards, and Options) and cross-border payments
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts (customers and partners) regarding cross-border remittance, virtual account issuance, FX and derivative, and other new financial services that M-DAQ Group develops.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, markets, and other internal stakeholders to evaluate legal risks against business opportunities with clients and partners, and propose possible risk mitigation measures for business teams to consider
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Serve as a trusted business partner to Sales representatives, offering proactive legal guidance
• Stay current on legal developments affecting the financial services industry
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-geography team to achieve shared objectives

Desired Skills Set and Attributes

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of PQE legal experience
• Experience in payments and financial markets related to spot-FX, forwards, options, and ISDA.
• Prior experience in financial institutions, major payment institutions, capital market licensed entities, or reputable law firm consulting for financial markets will be strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin highly preferred to be able to work with regional markets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to balance legal risks with business objectives
