WILD Group is a record label, management company, and agency representing artists and talent from across the globe. We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Singapore!
As a key member of our organization, you will be working closely and collaborating with our Lead Designer and wider creative team, offering support and contributing across all creative areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer experienced and/or interested in working in the entertainment industry to work in-house for WILD Group.
Responsibilities
- Work with Lead Designer in all things creative, including conceptualizing and creating marketing collaterals, designing various music launch assets, assisting with website creative graphic content, and contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and branded campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams and talent managers to produce design assets that elevate brand identity and messaging for both WILD and our clients.
- Assist in creating pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials to support campaigns and new client pitches.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design
- Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback
- Align with Social Media Marketing Calendar to propose flow and drafting of brand collaterals
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Assist and work on client shoots and campaigns, study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Taking lead in creative projects and working alongside the Lead Designer.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- High attention to quality and detail
- Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Proficiency in design & editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks, and adapt well to various styles of collaborations.
