RESPONSIBILITY:

• Transport goods and cargo from one location to another location
• Transport road tanker and packed stock according to the assigned schedule
• Compliance to the local regulations / company procedures & PATROM requirements strictly
• Ensure proper handling of customer goods
• Carry out daily checks to ensure vehicle’s road worthiness before use & maintain vehicle and report any faults immediately to Planner for rectification
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level or equivalent
• Minimum Class 4 / 5 driving license
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Capable to work independently
• Willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in PSA, Jurong Port and Penjuru / MSW Terminal
• Good driving records

3. Monitoring vessel movement with agent via Portnet system
4. Liaise closely with customer, plant operator on order status and loading schedule
5. Planning and deployment of task to driver with ensuring the given KPI met and to control and maintain smooth operation throughout job supply till completion
6. Prioritize urgent request and ensure deliveries are made on time
7. Prepare and check all shipping documents processing via Portnet & Jurong Port online ensure that they are complete and comply with customers requirement to ensure deliveries are fulfiled.
8. Check and verify driver's and supply team trips forms with deployment after job completion
9. Attend to customer's enquiries relating to document, e.g. delivery receipts / proof of delivery within lead time given
10. Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements and monirot GPS tracking system to keep track of the progress that drivers make along the assigned routes
11. Handles customer feedbacks, other administrative issues and perform any other duties as required by Transportation Manager
12. Incident / investigation report submission when there is a requirement
13. Able to handle fleet of Prime Movers and Drivers
14. To stnadby / handle 24/7 duty phone (rotation) during operations.

Requirements:

• GCE A level or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• At least 3 years relevant experience in 3rd party logistics, preferably in Traffic Planning and work force planning & allocations
• Good communication skills (both verbal & written) and excellent organizational abilities
• Capable to work independently and complete daily work following timeline and given deadline with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure during peak periods & willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role
• Capable of identifying and suggsting improvements
• Willing to work on 24/7 stand by to answer agent/client query on supply status
• Is a team player as we work very closely with team memebers
• Execellent MS Office skills: Word, Powerpoint, Excel

3. Resnpoisble for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders)
4. Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
5. Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
6. Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and corrdination.
7. Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out.
8. Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
9. Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed.
10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
11. Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certficates, maintenance records, compliance record, etc
2. Providing the necessary administrative support and coordination for vessel inspections, repairs and docking works.
3. Assist in liaising with customers on technical and operational matters that inclusiv of vessel performance, etc
4. Attending to vessel docking, repairs and surveys when requires and carry out supervision on any contractors' repair / maintenance works on board the vessel
5. Monitoring the technical status of vessel in term of Class certificates and surveys and ensure that all statutory certificates, equipment certificates, etc, are properly maintained , documented and up to date.
6. To identify and source for technical and operational supplies required for the vessel's need. Coordinate with the suppliers for timely delivery to the vessels.
7. Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
8. To keep track of the vessels LSA, FFA, cargo hoses registry, lifting gear registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel.
9. Appointed as safety committee member to carry out tool-box meeting for all the vessels and attend to vessel inspections.
10. To work closely with the HSE team to ensure the smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards.
11. To assist in investigating any defects / failure occurred and reporting all vessel incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents
12. To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certifications, training, medical checkes and coordinating in crew changes.
13. To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignements as and when required.

Job Requirement:

• Some relevant working experience in similar capacity
• A team player and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia (to communicate with crew from Indonesia)
• Possess of Class 3 licence will be an advantage
• Must be contactable 24/7 and be available to board the vessels as and when required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
