JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, purchase and keep accurate inventory of food supplies.
• Organise storage of food.
• Practise safe food handling techniques in food preparation and storage.
• Distribute food to classroom.
• Responsible for cleaning the kitchen between meals, washing pots and pans, utensils and plates, and cleaning counters and tables.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen, pantry and storage areas

• Able to work independently.

• Certificate/ Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Chinese) (ACECCE or DECCE-T)
• L2 certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in early childhood education.
