The Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Secretarial Department, this role will support the end-to-end compliance and corporate secretarial needs of KMP and its group companies (“Group”).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Group’s corporate secretarial needs.
- Assist to ensure completeness/accuracy of the Group’s records.
- Updates Group’s statutory record.
- Perform Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering Requirements.
- Arrange for notarisation and legalisation and authentication of documentation.
- Provide general office management support to the legal and corporate secretary team.
- Other administrative duties and other ad hoc secretarial duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of corporate secretarial and compliance experience.
- Language skills: Excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Computer skills: Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point).
- Ability to work independently, multitask and efficiently with the different business units and support teams.
- Team player.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
