Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of BIM Modellers for hdb projects with varied deliverables

Check the quality and accuracy of BIM models & asset information, ensuring they are in accordance with hdb BIM standards and the required level of details

Perform constructability reviews in 2D & 3D formats, including logistics planning, 4D simulation, 5D cost, and virtual digital mock-ups for visualization

Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project operation team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies

Work closely with the site operation team to conduct BIM technology deployment to meet contract requirements and client’s expectation

Upskill BIM capabilities for the operations team
