Role Responsibilities
Education Programming & Reporting
- Develop yearly education calendar of training programs and deliver training that are results-driven, provide engaging brand experiences and provide data-rich, measurable impact.
- Collaborate with Global Education and Content team to create/adapt customer facing education content for dotcom platforms and measure success through sales and reviews.
- Work with Global best practices and Regional needs to create a Kendo Brands Virtual Sales Team in SEA + Korea
- Collaborate with Marketing on video production for social assets and using regional influencer content for Education.
- Adapt Global Education Programs, ensuring that market-specific and cultural needs are met. Identify region specific education opportunities that Kendo Brands can drive through training.
- Partner with Global Education team to customize training videos, education tools and training programs for retailers across markets. Represent as a Brand Ambassador and deliver Classroom Training and Webinar Presentations with high energy, clear brand messaging and professionalism.
- Prepare Education activities and recap report by Brand monthly to be shared with stakeholders.
- Recruit and train suitable candidates for Sales and Education positions based on business needs. On-board, coach and develop Field Education Team.
E-Learning and Webinars
- Collaborate with Global Education and Content team to create/ adapt e-learning modules to strengthen selling behaviors in the region.
- Familiarize with functionalities of relevant e-learning platform, like Elucidat, to keep up to date e-learning modules on Brand Story, Core and Newness products.
- Ensure programs and formats are results-driven, disruptive, fun and user-friendly; create methodology to measure the impact of the programs through engagement / sales results.
- Host live streaming webinars for all new opportunities with Sephora – create engaging presentations, Demonstrations, Retention Games and Teach it Back content.
- Collaborate with Global Education and Content team with clear content brief on Expert host needs. Ensure guest education hosts are providing inspiring story telling, credible information and meet the market needs.
Brand and Marketing collaboration
- Participate in launch planning by sharing education plans to enable 360 partnerships for product launches.
- Support live streaming webinars for Regional Marketing and PR, and content creating for partner social channels.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to gain online customer education needs (dotcom platforms) and create content brief.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams for brand activations across all relevant channels by aligning education activities.
- Share consumer and competitor insights gathered from floor and partner meetings in cross functional meetings, enabling informed business decisions.
- Partner with Marketing and PR for localized and influencer content that can be used for education and creates consistent brand messaging.
Retailer Partnership
- Share out brand strategy and goals on a quarterly basis to gain support of Sephora stakeholders. Maintain strong partnerships with Sephora Regional and Local Market Education Teams to ensure roll out of education activities is effective and well supported.
- Shape the education strategy for the region by working closely with Sephora Education to determine the local market needs and initiatives that will drive client acquisition, conversion, and client loyalty across omni channel.
- Drive meeting agenda with Store Leadership teams, developing and executing education plans that drive growth in core SKUs and newness, secure maximum exposure and specialized training opportunities.
Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably from beauty.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills, including proven ability to manage projects and partner with various levels in the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire the team towards shared goals while emulating a teamwork spirit.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills.
