Job Description:

• Ensure safety and maintain order in the truck lot
• Limit cars and trucks into the lot
• Communicate with receiving and shipping personnel by radio
• Keep unauthorized people out of the lot
• Stage trucks delivering to JBLC and cars (will call orders) on the street and in the lot until space is available at a dock for them.
• Report all suspicious activity to the Security Sergeant or the Security Lead
• Reports to the Security Sergeant

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass an FBI Background check and drug test
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in law enforcement
• Have experience in the Security or Law Enforcement field instead of a degree

Our Night Warehouse Workers are responsible for properly filling orders for customer’s accounts, ensuring that all items ordered are received.

The Outstate Hybrid Division is seeking to add a Wine and Spirits Sales Representative for the Brainerd and surrounding areas. Focus will be in the On-Premise (resort, bar, restaurant, hotel, pub, banquet facility, country/social club) sector.

The job entails growing an established customer base with a moderate focus on opening new accounts within assigned territory through consultative sales. Sales are business to business oriented and results will rely heavily on candidate’s ability to quickly build relationships and dedication to servicing accounts.

Compensation will be based on combination of salary, commission, and performance based bonuses.

Position Requirements:
·Desire to sell and capacity to create professional presentations
·Prior sales experience in wine and spirits industry sales or in restaurants and hotels preferred
·Availability to work outside 8-5 schedule, as many accounts will be accessible best in early evening hours and occasional weekend events
·Be self - motivated/disciplined, goal oriented, timely, and have the ability to prioritize
·Be able connect well with large range of buyer types
·Professional written, oral, and electronic communication skills
·Must possess a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record
·Have ability to lift 54 pounds from the ground and above 60 inches
·Team player attitude and actions
·Bachelor's degree highly preferred
·Residency in territory highly preferred (no relocation package)
