The Position

The Head of Performance APAC reports into Regional President Kinesso APAC, and is responsible for working with the Regional Performance Leads, Client Business Leads, Investment Leads and other disciplines as well as key IPG Mediabrands organizations to understand the digital landscape, identify key trends to drive Kinesso's and our client's business growth and define the agency’s digital vision and prepare the organization on to execute against that vision.

The Opportunity

The Programmatic Specialist (Senior Executive) reports into the Regional Business Director and is responsible for strategic planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns end-to-end.

• Manage daily requests, workflow & relationships
• Produce and present recommendations that evolves current client approach

• Drive the roll out of propriety tools and systems across APAC region, including inductions and training

• Accountable for the global and regional planning capability and adoption the markets,

• Identify new media partnerships and strategic opportunities from data integration to local

trends, partners and products to drive growth for client

• Partner with our econometrics leads to understand, interpret, and present back leading media

contributors to growth through our “Accelerator” programme

• Consolidate and review local Annual Media Investment plans and share with APAC

Marketing, highlighting any untapped opportunities, or by contrast, red flags, if any

• Have a clear view and understanding of market-by-market budgeting and the potential growth

impact of set budgets

• Conduct internal training

• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors

• Proactively keep track of changes in media tech landscape, identify implications and deploy

appropriate response actions

• In conjunction with the analytics and performance teams, set up consistent standards for

media metrics reporting, update in line with media platforms change.

• Lead QBRs/HBRs and other key client meetings

Join new business pitch teams, bringing Media Planning innovation to proposals

• Assist with existing clients occasionally with brainstorms, innovation sessions etc

• Represent Initiative in Industry functions/ events such as Panels, Round Tables, Awards

The Opportunity

The Junior Art Director will report into the Group Creative Director and is responsible for contributing to the conceptualizing, development and execution of creative concepts for various digital, social media and advertising campaigns.

• Execution of creative tasks
• Designing campaigns (Social, Digital, Films)
• Overall art direction
• Actively involve in brainstorming with the Creative team, unleash your creativity and share fresh viewpoints and ideas

Ideally

• Experience with Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Passionate about Digital Design
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of social trends and the latest happenings
• Experience with After Effects is a plus
• Experience working in a Media Agency is a plus
