The Vice President, PACE provide overall supervision of Hope PACE for compliance with organization and regulatory organization policies and procedures.

Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university; Proven leadership expertise; A minimum of five years PACE experience needed; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have one or more year’s experience with a frail or elderly population.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a valid Florida Drivers’ License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to communicate, concentrate and document effectively and accurately.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Position Requirements (not all inclusive)
Provide oversight and direction for Hope PACE.
SUPERVISION. Provide leadership in employee management. Complete all employee evaluations in a timely manner. Provide ongoing coaching/mentoring preceptoring for PACE Leadership.
CARE COORDINATION. Provide effective leadership, decision making, and problem solving to ensure continuity of operations.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY. Provide collaboration Re.: contracts and utilization of services in order to assure the financial stability of Hope PACE.
COMMUNICATION. Facilitate communications within the team and between other departments at Hope HealthCare Services, patients, families, caregivers and external customers
QUALITY. Actively participate in QM, utilization review and risk management activities. Evaluate quality of care by direct observation. Assure adequate staffing for quality patient care. Continuously evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of care and services in order to improve services provided. Participation in Advisory Committee.
EDUCATION. Provide leadership and formal/informal education to team and organization staff through in-services, team meetings, reports, case conferences and small group discussions. Provide educational and public relations activities to the community and community professionals.
COMPLIANCE. Assure implementation of and team compliance with all Hope HealthCare Services policies and procedures, licensing and certification rules, regulations and guidelines.
Communicate successfully with peers, supervisors, public, and staff members in a manner that represents Hope’s culture of a collaborative, positive work environment.
