Overview

We are looking to bring on board a freelance Project Coordinator to facilitate the planning and execution of operations and logistics for a series of onsite business events for one of our key clients.

The incumbent will work closely with the team to roll out and oversee that the operations of each event runs smoothly in our client's office.

This is a short-term freelance role that would require on-site presence. You should be able to commit from December 2024 to February 2025 on intermittent basis.

Responsibilities

What would a Transcreation Account Manager do at Hogarth?

As a Transcreation Project Manager, you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. The Role:

The Transcreation Project Executive (TPE) oversees managing localization projects for the client's Marketing Communications (Marcom) team. The TPE collaborates closely with clients, the Marcom Project Manager, and a network of creative talents from various Southeast Asian (SEA) markets. What would a Project Manager (Freelance On-site) do at Hogarth?

As a Project Manager (Freelance On-site), you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. Validator Network Management

Main Responsibilities

The primary function of the Deskside IT Support (Mac) role is to support users and workstations, maintaining and troubleshooting systems as required, with the aim of providing a stable and fully functioning environment, either onsite or remotely.

• Deploy and maintain new workstations

• Complete first line investigation and diagnosis, updating incident records as necessary
• Carry out, and report on daily system health checks for all supported applications

The Role:

Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, based in London, and CEO APAC based in Singapore, the HR Director APAC will partner the region’s leadership and country MD team to deliver a regional people strategy that aligns with current and future business objectives, and supports the global people strategy and HR initiatives.

The HR Director APAC role will play a critical role in the overall ambition to make Hogarth the employer of choice for industry talent across APAC and will work closely with both HR and business leads to improve the overall employee experience with Hogarth through building more consistent, defined and deliberate interactions with our people.
