1) Digital onboarding project
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure that digital onboarding platform meets business requirements and provides seamless user experience
- Detect and document any defects, including functional, usability and performance related problems
- Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to communicate findings and provide feedback
- Offer recommendations for improvements to the digital onboarding journey

2) Perform account opening (KYC-Siron Project)
- Conduct thorough KYC checks to verify the identity of new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with account opening process for new customers by completing all necessary documentation
- Perform financial spreading for new loan credit applications

- Perform a targeted number of UAT test cases and regression test cases on a daily basis
- Follow up on defects and perform re-testing when defects have been fixed by developers
- Conduct a targeted number of KYC checks on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

- Experience with system testing tools and software e.g. JIRA
- Understanding of user interface and user experience (UIUX) design
- Experience with digital onboarding platform
- Understanding of KYC and AML regulations

• Preparing management reporting entails and the variance analysis of the bank's profits and losses.
• Projects that the bank is embarking on.
• Preparing presentation slides that cover bank's performance for Total Income (interest & fees), Total Opex, Line Item Accounting, Profits before Tax.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist the Compliance Team in:

• Supporting the Business with Know Your Client (KYC) reviews of existing clients, assessing the adequacy/completeness of the KYC information, source of wealth/funds, narrative and corroboration, enhanced due diligence, transaction review, and ensuring overall compliance with Bank procedural standards.
• Supporting the Business with name screening alerts triggered for existing client relationships to ensure sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons, and adverse media screenings, whether false or true matches, investigation, and escalation to the Relationship Managers;
• Assessing and escalating newly identified risk indicators, changes in risk rating, or unusual transaction patterns during reviews;
• Assisting the team in preparing statistics for Management reporting and support in projects and process improvement initiative.

• Performing some reconciliation tasks to help manage the bank's liquidity risk.
• Preparing an overview of the month-end processes.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products, check the accounting entries are generated in accordance with accounting rules and compliant with accounting standards, ensuring the balance sheet and profit/loss accounts and sub-ledger of transactional details are updated accordingly.
