Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
· Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
· Support product managers in developing marketing strategies to drive qualified leads to the business
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, assess against business goals, and ensure learnings are applied to future campaigns
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Key liaison with creative, media agencies and other vendor partners
Digital Customer Experience
· Be the custodian of the company’s digital assets and communication channels (corporate website, email, social media) and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Initiate and plan for the brand’s social media presence and oversee interaction with the public through actionable social media content strategies
Digital Thought Leadership
· Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends providing business stakeholders with an insight into the market pulse
Education/Qualification
· Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Experience
· At least 8 years to 15 years of working experience in a Marketing role, especially in Digital Marketing
· Comfortable with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Adobe Experience Manager and EDM broadcast platforms
· Experience and knowledge in Google AdWords campaigns such as digital targeting strategies and campaign optimization
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
