Job Description:
· Attending to client’s requests and inquiries via email and phone
· Manage and handle customer service mail box
· Liaise with trainers and organise training programmes
· Update system on upcoming training programmes
· Work with marketing team to garner participants for the upcoming training programmes
· Host classes and keeping classes in line with governing regulations
· Update training records in system as and when necessary
· Process any reimbursement requests
· Able to work independently and occasionally might need to have reverse routine to cover evening classes once a month
· Any other ad hoc duties may be required
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good writing skills
- Extrovert personality is a plus point
- Knowledge in real estate industry is an added advantage
