Main Duties:
To support and enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance management system by:
· Internal Quality Management System audits to IS09001 and the effective management of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
· Company QMS Representative during BSI Assessments
· Supplier audits and managing supplier to ensure that a supplier reliably supplies goods or services that satisfy the customer's needs.
· Effective Management of Supplier NCR’s with the Procurement Team
· Effective Management of Customer Complaints with the Customer Service Team
· Establishing new product inspection plans for IQC Inspection.
· Coordinating / Supporting equipment calibration programme and liaising with the HQ (UK) to maintain the Group Company Database
· Work with other department teams and ensure alignment with company policies and standard processes.
Requirements:
Skills:
· Mechanical and Electrical background essential
· Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Assurance Role.
· Experience of working in an ISO 9001 environment.
· Working knowledge of AS9100 an advantage.
· PC Literate
· Knowledge Of Calibration – An advantage.
· Experience with developing test procedures to ensure the visual and functional performance of product is effectively verified
· Effective Report Writing Skills
· Experience with Defect Analysis & Reporting (8D Discipline).
· Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Personal:
· Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
· Language skill (must bilingual in Chinese and English)
· Able to work effectively within a team and also cross-functionally within the business.
· A keen eye for detail.
· Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
· Must be willing to travel.
