Job Description & Requirements

• Lead in product transfer and new product introduction.
• Accountable for supplier selection, development and strategies alliances
• Responsible for the development and implementation procurement cost reduction and vendor managed inventory program.
• Handle and manage RFQ/RFP, commercial evaluations, price negotiations, PO/Contract awards and PO/Contract administration to final delivery and PO/Contract close out - Ensuring that the Company's best interest is consistently achieved
• Ensure that the procurement process is in adherence to Company and Client requirements, Company policies and procedures
• Build and develop relationships with Suppliers and Contractors, manage relationships and build effective partnerships
• Monitor and review market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works
• Ensure that the monthly procurement reports and cost saving / cost avoidance statistics are reported on-time to the Procurement Manager
• Support organizational goals and objectives
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or the Head of Department

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Team player with positive attitude
• Understanding of negotiation of commercial terms in awarding sales agreements to vendors
• Strong Electrical/Electronics knowledge in General Electronics Commodity
• Able to work under fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years or more experience in a supply chain position (sourcing/ buying) in Sheet Metal or related industry
• Experience with ERP/CRM system such as IFS

Job Scope:

• Repacking of goods received into customized smaller packs
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries
• Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received
• Recording any damaged, missing or faulty goods
• Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse
• Using Computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record goods movement
• Support warehouse operation

Job Requirements:

• Experience in store operation flow, pick, pack and label etc
• Can start immediate or within short notice

Others:

• Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Working days: 5 days a week ( Monday to Friday)

Main Duties:

To support and enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance management system by:

· Internal Quality Management System audits to IS09001 and the effective management of Corrective and Preventive Actions.

· Company QMS Representative during BSI Assessments

· Supplier audits and managing supplier to ensure that a supplier reliably supplies goods or services that satisfy the customer's needs.

· Effective Management of Supplier NCR’s with the Procurement Team

· Effective Management of Customer Complaints with the Customer Service Team

· Establishing new product inspection plans for IQC Inspection.

· Coordinating / Supporting equipment calibration programme and liaising with the HQ (UK) to maintain the Group Company Database

· Work with other department teams and ensure alignment with company policies and standard processes.

Requirements:

Skills:

· Mechanical and Electrical background essential

· Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Assurance Role.

· Experience of working in an ISO 9001 environment.

· Working knowledge of AS9100 an advantage.

· PC Literate

· Knowledge Of Calibration – An advantage.

· Experience with developing test procedures to ensure the visual and functional performance of product is effectively verified

· Effective Report Writing Skills

· Experience with Defect Analysis & Reporting (8D Discipline).

· Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking

Personal:

· Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)

· Language skill (must bilingual in Chinese and English)

· Able to work effectively within a team and also cross-functionally within the business.

· A keen eye for detail.

· Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

· Must be willing to travel.
