You are an urban farmer and a lifestyle enthusiast

• Regularly visit and help manage our community of wall farms throughout Singapore with support and assistance.
• Encourage, enthuse, empower and educate our communities to grow their own food and live healthier, happier, more sustainable and self-sufficient lives. No previous farming experience required - we can teach that.

You help with marketing and act as a brand ambassador

• Organise pop up events and help conduct workshops with clients
• From time to time, represent Grobrix at trade shows with that contagious enthusiasm of yours.
• Grow your personal brand and promote the company profile with social media channels.

You help drive business development and sales

• Help generate leads and drive the sales pipeline.
• Conduct client presentations with a view to customer acquisition.
• You should be as comfortable on Zoom as you are in the boardroom.

You are an account manager

• Be a primary point of contact for key clients.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring continued partnership and support. Identify upsell opportunities and work to develop them

Key Responsibilities

Weekly Services/Installations:

• Upkeep of Grobrix system and plant health on-site
• Community engagement
• Update service records
• Upkeeping of vehicles, tools and equipment needed for servicing
• Troubleshooting
• Involved in installations

Warehouse:

• Assist in the preparation/refurbishment of systems
• Inventory management

Requirements

• Relevant agricultural experience relating to growing crops and system maintenance
• Candidates with working experience in the service industry are welcome to apply.
• Able to read and write English
• Physically fit to conduct work activities involving carrying and lifting up to 20 kg.
• Possess a valid driver's license and comfortable with full-day driving

Working Days/Hours

5 day week (Mon - Fri)

8:30am to 5:30pm
