Job Description & Requirements
Provide post-sales technical support for audio visual products and systems.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess technical requirements and provide recommendations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio visual systems.
Assist in the configuration, installation, and calibration of audio visual equipment.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in post-sales technical support for audio visual products is preferred.
Prior experience in automation programming will be an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audio-visual systems and equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
