Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and create specifications for system to meet business requirements. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create clear requirements - including sequence flow diagrams, matrices, written specifications, UI/UX flows
Ensure customer perspectives are considered
Coordinate requirements with other engineering teams as appropriate
Ensure the engineering team has sufficient details
Gather information and support the Product Owner with decision making
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years’ work experience as a BA/Product Manager
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
Moderate level of diagrams usage
Experience in stakeholder analysis (RACI/DARCI matrix)
Experience in requirements management (change management, prioritization, impact analysis, traceability matrix)
Experience in identifying the main user personas and their workflows
Experience with bug tracking, collaboration and modeling tools
Experience or knowledge in/of the software methodology (such as Scrum/Kanban) and knowledge requirements lifecycle within these methodologies
Experience in collaboration with other BAs/PMs in a one team or cross team
Desired Skills:
Technical background
Modeling tools (LucidChart, DrawIO etc.)
UX/UI prototyping (Balsamiq, Figma) a plus but not required
