Job Description: ：

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations.
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times.

Requirements：

• At least 3 years of experience as a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer, preferably with LTA or building & construction projects.
• Certifications in Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of assigned engineering projects.
• Ensuring compliance with project requirements, reviewing drawings for accuracy, and addressing technical inquiries.
• Engaging with clients to understand and interpret their needs (including site surveys and data gathering).
• Participating in project meetings and implementing follow-up actions.
• Developing detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
• Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating corrective measures as needed.
• Managing project changes, identifying potential crises, and creating contingency plans.
• Conducting quality control assessments and overseeing project handover.
• Providing regular project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating coordination among various parties—clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, design, sales, production, warehouse, site leader and purchasing teams—to ensure a seamless project handover.
• Reviewing engineering drawings and collaborating with the design team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction (civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical work) would be an advantage.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or building science.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and skilled in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Open to Fresh Graduates

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project engineers and project managers to support project goals and gather technical information.
• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including instruction manuals and installation guides.
• Develop and standardize documentation templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Revise and improve materials prepared by other writers or personnel from various departments.
• Summarize technical data and concepts for easier understanding by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate complex technical information into clear language for customers, ensuring ease of understanding.
• Triage and manage support cases, recording, tracking, and ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Securely collect and store customer-specific documentation for troubleshooting and reference.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technical Writing). A background in Mechanical Engineering is not necessary but would be an advantage.

• Manage interface points between different work tasks, scopes of work, and other parties working on-site.
• Collaborate closely with planning, construction, and commissioning teams to identify and resolve planning, engineering, and design issues.
• Assist the Client in hosting visits by authorities and other invited parties.
• Provide necessary materials such as reports, analysis, presentation materials, and coordinate work with contractors.
