The Quality Assurance team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee a team of quality engineers responsible for managing all Quality Management for Fab 9: Non-conforming materials disposition, internal excursion management, corrective action/preventive action, FMEA, Out-going quality inspection, change management, internal and external quality audit program, ESD oversight and calibration.  The successful candidate for this position will have demonstrated success in working cross organizationally to enable robust quality systems and processes to deliver best in class satisfaction. • Wear a cleanroom suit and personal protective equipment for cleanroom environment, as needed.
• Ability to climb up / down ladders, and fit into confined spaces for maintenance purposes.
• Fluency in Microsoft software programs and in basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education – 2 Year Associate's degree in technical or related field.
• 10 + years' experience, and or education, in facilities systems such as water treatment, water purification, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, chilled water and glycol chilled water, compressed air, chemical distribution, and control systems is desirable.
• Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
